The Story
About the Documentary
Groomed to be Consumed is a raw, personal journey through survival and truth. Coming soon.
Greg Dukes grew up learning that love could come tangled with control, silence, and survival. By the time he married, the pattern already felt familiar.
She was warm at first. Catering. Uplifting. Then came the cold. Reproductive coercion. Financial sabotage. A false criminal charge. And a daughter caught in the middle.
This is not a revenge story. It is a freedom story.
Groomed to be Consumed follows Greg as he documents evidence, holds boundaries, and builds a movement for men who have survived abuse by women.
The Roots
Before the Pattern
Some stories start long before the relationship that finally breaks open the truth. This photograph anchors the documentary in memory, silence, protection, performance, and the early lessons a child absorbs about what love is supposed to cost.
In the film, the past is not used as an excuse. It becomes context, a way to trace how grooming, control, and attachment can become familiar before a survivor has language for any of it.
The Proof
The Evidence
Gaslighting thrives in darkness. Documentation is the antidote. Some evidence contains sensitive content. Viewer discretion advised. All evidence listed here is presented for documentary and educational context.

Empath Math
Empath Math was born from lived experience. While navigating emotional chaos and manipulation, I built the tool I wished I had. What started as a way to find clarity in my own confusion has already helped people around me recognize harmful patterns, trust their instincts, and respond with confidence. My hope is that it continues helping people I'll never meet reclaim their peace, one conversation at a time.
The Creator
Greg Dukes
Greg Dukes (blkdmnd.xo) is a creator, survivor, and advocate. He is building Groomed to be Consumed to expose toxic and coercive relationship patterns and give voice to men who have survived abuse by women.
His work puts language around what the numbers already show: psychological aggression, emotional abuse, coercive control, and post-separation harm affect millions of men and women, often long before outsiders can see the pattern.
